The Royal Academy of Arts, A Curious Invitation, Victoria and Albert Museum, Dash Arts, Pushkin House, Michail Khodorkovsky's 'Open Russia' foundation, Mari Vanna restaurant, Watts Gallery are some of the contributors I have worked with as part of Russian Revels - a pop-up dining experience company I co-founded with Karina Baldry in 2012. We also co-hosted events with such award-winning food writers like Olia Hercules ('Mamushka'), Anya von Bremzen ('Mastering the Art of Soviet Cooking')' and Alisa Timoshkina's magical pop-up KinoVino.
We created the first food festival of Eastern-European food in London at South Bank Centre together with the Real Food Festival and in 2014 we were asked to cook a dinner for 250 people at the iconic Oxford food symposium. It's been such a ride...Below are some examples.
